Quantum-Touch Level 1: Becoming Energised is the foundational workshop of the Quantum-Touch system. Over two full days online, you'll learn the core techniques, practise them in real time, and leave with skills that are genuinely yours to use on yourself, the people you love, and animals too.
This isn't a lecture or a passive introduction. It's hands-on from the first session, guided by demonstration and practice so that by the end of the workshop, you're not just informed about energy healing. You're doing it.
What You'll Learn
The Level 1 workshop introduces the fundamental energy healing principles and techniques used throughout the entire Quantum-Touch system. Across the two days you'll explore:
Core breathing techniques to raise and sustain your energetic vibration

Distance healing, learning how to send energy beyond physical space

Online Workshop Format
This workshop is held live via Zoom across two full days. You'll receive the same guided demonstrations, practice time, and personal support as you would in person. You'll practise with other participants during the workshop, so there's nothing to organise beforehand.
