Part B — Energy healing services

7. What energy healing is — and what it is not

Connected Heart Healing offers distance Quantum-Touch energy healing sessions for people and animals. Energy healing is a complementary practice. It works with the body's own intelligence to support relaxation, ease, and overall wellbeing.

Energy healing is not a medical or veterinary treatment. Connected Heart Healing does not:

  • Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical, mental, or emotional condition or disease in people or animals

  • Provide medical, veterinary, psychological, or any other registered health professional advice

  • Prescribe or recommend medications, supplements, or medical treatments

  • Recommend that clients discontinue or alter medical or veterinary treatment

If you or your animal has a health condition, please consult a qualified medical practitioner or veterinarian. Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional medical or veterinary advice because of anything on this website or discussed in a session.

8. Results and individual variation

Individual results from energy healing sessions vary. Nothing on this website, in any session, or in any communication from Connected Heart Healing guarantees a specific outcome or result. What one person or animal experiences may differ entirely from another's experience.

Energy healing is not a substitute for conventional medical or veterinary care. It is offered as a complement to — not a replacement for — any existing health care or treatment plan.

9. Scope of practice

Jodie Cruz is a certified Quantum-Touch practitioner and Level 1 instructor. Energy healing sessions are offered within that scope of practice only. If a concern arises during a session that is beyond that scope, you will be encouraged to seek appropriate professional support.

Connected Heart Healing operates in accordance with the National Code of Conduct for Health Care Workers as enacted in South Australia. You have the right to make a complaint to the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) at hcscc.sa.gov.au or by calling 1800 232 007.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected Heart Healing excludes all liability for any loss or damage — including indirect, special, or consequential loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of or reliance on any content on this website, or any outcome from an energy healing session.
